[HACKBERRY, AZ] Spring Valley Ranches is a pleasant private community located in the eastern foothills of the Peacock mountain range, Mohave County, Northwest Arizona.  This is a high desert region known for is moderate summers and slightly snowy winters.  Located just a short drive from Route 66 and nearby Kingman, Spring Valley Ranches serves as a nice retreat for full time residents or part timers escaping the hustle and bustle of city life.  Spring Valley Ranches is laid back and peaceful, teaming with wildlife, trees and cactus.  Access to the properties in Spring Valley Ranches is by way of beautifully maintained dirt roads, which are regularly graded and provide some of the best non-paved travel in the entire area.  Ranch properties range from about 5 acres and up, averaging around 36 acres - giving Spring Valley Ranches an open, un-congested feeling.
